The ability to absorb and re-express force in under 0.25 seconds. This is what separates fast athletes from average ones. We measure it. Most coaches don’t even talk about it.
Athletes can be strong in the gym and slow on the field. The angle and direction force is applied determines how that strength transfers to actual sprinting. We coach the angle, not just the strength.

No. The Speed Diagnostic System is built for online delivery. Every assessment is filmed on the athlete’s own phone at home. Every program is delivered via WhatsApp. We coach athletes everywhere from Sydney to Spain to the UK to the US — without ever meeting them in person.
Weekly programming is sent via WhatsApp every Monday. The athlete trains during the week, films key exercises on their phone, uploads to the shared coaching thread. Anthony reviews the footage, sends form corrections and load adjustments, and a weekly check-in by Friday. Constant contact — more than most athletes get from a face-to-face coach.
The methodology travels. We coach athletes globally. Football, rugby, AFL, basketball, sprint athletics, track — the biomechanics of speed work the same everywhere. Your time zone doesn’t matter to programming.
The program is built for serious athletes who compete at representative, academy, state league, or pathway level — and want to get to elite. If the athlete is committed to that pathway, the system works.
Yes. The program is designed to fit around match schedules and team training. Periodisation works around the athlete’s existing load, not against it. Many of our athletes peak during their competitive season.
We adjust. If an athlete is out for short periods, we modify programming to support recovery and maintain qualities they can still train. Long-term injuries get refunded against unused weeks. Honest conversations always.
The program is paid in 2 blocks — one to start, one at the halfway point (week 15). That’s the structure. We don’t offer monthly payment plans as it dilutes commitment and complicates delivery. Exact pricing is discussed on the qualification call once we’ve confirmed the athlete is the right fit.

The full program is the 30-week build that addresses those limiters with custom coaching. We share program pricing on the qualification call after the assessment, so you can decide with all the information. The assessment is a complete product on its own — many buyers use it for clarity, and some choose to continue into the program after.
