What A Week Looks Like — Through Your Phone

Monday: Block Drop

Anthony sends the week’s programming via WhatsApp — every session, every drill, every load. Includes demo videos and form cues so the athlete knows exactly what they’re doing.

Tuesday to Friday: Train + Film

The athlete runs the week’s sessions. They film key exercises on their phone — typically the technical work and any prescribed sprints. Takes 30 seconds per drill.

Every coach says “run faster.” We measure exactly why an athlete isn’t — then fix it.

PILLAR 01

Ground Contact Time

Every millisecond an athlete’s foot is on the ground is a millisecond they’re not moving forward. We measure this in slow-motion footage and reduce it through specific drills.

PILLAR 02

Reactive Strength

The ability to absorb and re-express force in under 0.25 seconds. This is what separates fast athletes from average ones. We measure it. Most coaches don’t even talk about it.

PILLAR 03

Force Direction

Athletes can be strong in the gym and slow on the field. The angle and direction force is applied determines how that strength transfers to actual sprinting. We coach the angle, not just the strength.

PILLAR 04

Nervous System Periodization

The central nervous system fatigues differently from muscles. Most programs ignore this. Our blocks are designed to peak the nervous system at the right times, not burn it out by week 8.

No. The Speed Diagnostic System is built for online delivery. Every assessment is filmed on the athlete’s own phone at home. Every program is delivered via WhatsApp. We coach athletes everywhere from Sydney to Spain to the UK to the US — without ever meeting them in person.

Weekly programming is sent via WhatsApp every Monday. The athlete trains during the week, films key exercises on their phone, uploads to the shared coaching thread. Anthony reviews the footage, sends form corrections and load adjustments, and a weekly check-in by Friday. Constant contact — more than most athletes get from a face-to-face coach.

The methodology travels. We coach athletes globally. Football, rugby, AFL, basketball, sprint athletics, track — the biomechanics of speed work the same everywhere. Your time zone doesn’t matter to programming.

The program is built for serious athletes who compete at representative, academy, state league, or pathway level — and want to get to elite. If the athlete is committed to that pathway, the system works.

Yes. The program is designed to fit around match schedules and team training. Periodisation works around the athlete’s existing load, not against it. Many of our athletes peak during their competitive season.

We adjust. If an athlete is out for short periods, we modify programming to support recovery and maintain qualities they can still train. Long-term injuries get refunded against unused weeks. Honest conversations always.

The program is paid in 2 blocks — one to start, one at the halfway point (week 15). That’s the structure. We don’t offer monthly payment plans as it dilutes commitment and complicates delivery. Exact pricing is discussed on the qualification call once we’ve confirmed the athlete is the right fit.

Most athletes see measurable speed gains within the first 6-week block. The full 30-week program is structured to peak performance by month 7. Faster than that is possible, but the program is designed for durable, periodised improvement — not quick spikes.

The $200 assessment is a one-off deliverable — biomechanical report plus voiceover walkthrough. It tells you exactly where the athlete sits and what’s limiting them. The full program is the 30-week build that addresses those limiters with custom coaching. We share program pricing on the qualification call after the assessment, so you can decide with all the information. The assessment is a complete product on its own — many buyers use it for clarity, and some choose to continue into the program after.
